This recipe pack will help you understand what a high protein meal really looks like. One portion for most meals is between 350-550 calories. If you are in need of more calories, I may suggest two portions. 

 

Even with recipes on hand, without a meal plan you may feel lost. So, I suggest you bundle this recipe pack with the 4 Week High Protein Meal Plan that is sure to please. The meals and recipes go hand-in-hand. The average daily calorie intake is approximately 1,230 and the average daily protein intake is approximately 114g. This is just a place to start though. You may want to have two servings at some meals or include a snack if you feel you need more calories.
